The Work
TThe UK, jointly with Ukraine, hosted the international Ukraine Recovery Conference (URC 2023) in London on 21-22 June 2023.
Identity – a global full-service live events agency – was organising the event on the UK side, most of which was live-streamed. I had worked with them before on RAF World and they reached out to me to help them again.
Our Collaboration
Brought onboard as one of the Digital team and provided access to the site. I was to create the event page, update the agenda and attendees, and manage the live stream on the website throughout the event.
What I worked on
I worked on the event page, the agenda, attendees and the live stream.
Making sure that it was fully responsive and functional and that as each
live stream ended it changed to display a recorded version of the talk.
The website had to cope with a lot of traffic, as all of the in-person
and remote attendees used the site to stay on top of the event
organisation. We had live-stream functionality, which was embedded using
a mixture of platforms.
Overall, this was a really enjoyable project to work on with Identity! Thanks for inviting me!
